Not the best of results that last night lads.

 

But wins for Will Gill - Marc hughes - Dave Cunningham and Alex Hough.

What a boss night at darts even tho the result didn't go our way.

 

The County 4 v 5 Pitchpine

 

Atmosphere was brilliant -

 

Really good side the pitchpine lads looking forward to the return leg.

 

Pitchpine took a commanding lead going 2-0 up in 2 very quick games Jim Maguire losing to Tezz Madden in 13 darts 0-1 Pitchpine Mark Devine just being pipped by S.Maxwell 0-2 Pitchpine .. Dave Cunningham with one the best leg of the night beating C.King in 14 Darts. Carl Easeman then brought it back to 2-2 hitting an important double tops against A.Crawford . Billy Culshaw struggled to get off but even when he did M.Thomas finished in 15 darts .. Will Gill then pulled a leg back making it 3-3 in dare i say it a long long game. Matt Johnson scored well but came up against Marc King who was in fine form winning in 14 Darts. 3-4 pitchpine . Bob Cooper Jnr then won his game beating P.Stopforth in another quick game 4-4 meaning the last game was between Marc Hughes and G.Kendrick both lads having darts at doubles with G.Kendrick hitting double 4 and winning the night ..

 

Overall very positive lads even tho the result just didnt go our way.

Great scoring again by Dave Cunningham 121 & Bob Cooper Jnr 101 

 

Mark was the difference in a very nervy game just pipping it on D2

 

Meaning we won 10-8 instead of a 9-9 captains play off game.

Great darts by both sets of lads 5 of the 9 legs going down to both players on doubles in very quick legs us just pipping it.

Some great scoring and finishing last night lads .. Marc Hughes hitting a 122 and finishing a 74 brilliant mate well done.
